Bookings and payment
A room reservation is confirmed only after Samarine receives successful payment verification. Rates, inclusions, availability and any applicable taxes shown at checkout apply to that reservation.
Guest details and conduct
Guests must provide accurate contact details and treat the resort, staff, facilities and other guests with care and respect. Samarine may refuse or end service where safety, property or guest wellbeing is at risk.
Events and group services
Event, meeting, catering and group arrangements are subject to a written quotation or invoice that confirms dates, scope, payment milestones and any service-specific conditions.
Changes to services
Samarine may make reasonable changes when required for safety, operational necessity, weather or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
